You have thrise challenged me to a bet on the Bama vs Ohio State playoff game. Out of christian mercy I have ignored this... but at last I have decided to grant you your wish.
If OSU wins.. I will purchase an Ohio State hat... and I will post a photo of myself with it here.
If Bama wins... you will purchase an Alabama hat... and you will email me a self photo wearing it and I will post it here.

I can't root for Ohio. I don't want to see their hat, even if it's on Nate's head. On the other hand, I'd like to see what Cheddarman looks like.

Alabama played a great game, and one could easily argue that they should have won.
I would like to offer different terms to settle our bet. I am not a Southron, so I don't know if it is possible in Southern culture to renegotiate the terms of a bet after the fact. However, if it is acceptable to you, I would like to do so. If you are willing to preach a sermon in your church on a Sunday, I would consider that as an acceptable fulfillment of our wager.

Oh Chedderman, while that would be a great thing, I would like to see Nate in the hat. He did agree, and I don't believe he would have taken the wager if he did not want to do it in the first place.
In all the years I have read Nate's blog and comments elsewhere, Nate doesn't offer to do something unless he is willing to uphold his end of the bargain.
Nate is an honorable guy.
