Beware

Over the past 2 weeks or so there have been over a dozen home invasions in Nashville. Mostly hispanics have been targeted, but its not limited to them by any stretch. Another one happened last night. A man and his wife were both attacked. The man died.

Folks... please consider this kind of attack. Dialing 911 isn't going to help. The police will arrive just in time to clean up the mess, but far to late to stop it from getting messy in the first place.

Lots of people don't want to face the reality that they are responsible for defending themselves. They'd rather just not think about it. If that's your attitude I suggest you get out of the city and move to somplace where home invasions don't happen.

Deadbolts are good, but deadbolts won't stop a determined attack.

These folks will get in, and they have already killed a few people. Why wouldn't they kill you to?
