Well to start off with the former is Child Molestation... not rape. Every sexual offense is not defined as rape, and just because its not rape, that doesn't mean its a lesser crime. In most cases child molestors spend more time in jail than rapists do. Well... it used to be that way... If I had my way Child Molesters would be shot in the head on the courthouse steps.

As for the latter... that's a tricky subject indeed... taking advantage of a severely retarded female... I mean... consider this quote from Amanda Marcotte... the former lead blogger for John Edwards Presidential Campaign:
