I'm Nate. This is my blog. Dammit.
And the parade of the stupid continues their march.I saw this article yesterday and hoped there was video somewhere. Thanks for finding it.
That is one world-class prank. I can only imagine how someone got this into the NTSB. This highlights one major weakness of the "information technology" society: once a data point gets into a system, others handling it just accept it as verified, no matter how obviously bogus. Something to think about with our surveillance society. Data is incredibly malleable. People really have no idea.
NTSB now claims it wasn't them. My guess is somebody low level at the station or something. My husband about fell out of his chair he was laughing so hard. And he made me play it for him twice.
Gotta ba a prank, Lee Ho Fuk is a name from a Warren Zevon song.
Here is the apology/explanation, Nate from KTVU. Horse Chit, bunch of airheads should have noticed right away. The whole thing reminded me of an 80's SNL news skit.http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=endscreen&v=Ug5zKwJuWbU&NR=1
