Perspective

So last year I was researching off shore banking, and lets face it, if you have not researched off shore banking yet then you have your head in the sand. It was an extremely frustrating process as I came to realize that in the international banking world I am largely pariah. Why? Because I am an american.

See when international banks deal with americans, they are inviting the american government to have a look at them as well... and for most apparently its just not worth it.

One particular incident with a small canton bank in Switzerland stuck out. I was talking to a banker there and he simply said they could not help me because I am american, and they had no interest in my government's paranoid control issues.

Off the cuff I remarked, "Wow... so we've become the Soviet Union eh?"

He chuckled and said, "No. We dealt with them."

The Grub Eaters, They Bitch

So apparently Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva has blamed the economic crisis on everyones favorite villain... "White People with Blue Eyes". Thankfully I have brown eyes so apparently I'm not accountable... unfortunately my beautiful wife can't say the same. For the life of me I can't imagine how she found the time to wreck the global markets... but I digress.

We at the Bloggerblaster would like to share a little bit of information with President da Silva... If it weren't for white people with blue eyes... his country would still be populated with prehistoric neanderthals incapable of comprehending the need for a wheel. I can't help but notice that da Silva spoke while wearing a nice suit... as opposed to a loin cloth. For that, we should all thank white men. He also spoke into a microphone. which was invented by a white man... and his words were broadcast over TV, Radio, and the internet... which again... were all invented by white men. He also happens to be president of a democratic country... democracy... again... invented by white men.

The plain truth is most international bankers are white europeans because international banking was invented by white europeans. Mr da Silva's country has benefited immeasurably from the labor of that system... and the many other advances created by the white europeans that he is railing against.

We sincerely invite the Brazilian president to kiss our ass. And we're thankful to white europeans... who have civilized his country to the point that we can safely offer up our faultless hindquarters for such kissing without fear the brazilian reverting to the cannibalistic tendencies of his native ancestors.
